CDC retained ownership of the retail condominium at Chatham44 Condominium, subdividing it into four retail stores and entering into long term triple-net leases. The tenants include Pio Pio, Dunkin’ Donuts franchise, Omni Dry Cleaners and Grace Wine & Spirits. CDC continues to own and manage the retail condominium.
